Brief introductionJZC series concrete mixers are self-falling type bipyramid reversed discharge concrete mixing machine. The mixing drum is driven by gear ring. In working style, clockwise rotating for concrete mixing, and anti-clockwise rotating for concrete discharging.Technical Features Adopt electric motor for power supply;Mixing drum is driven through gear ring. JZC series concrete mixers are portable concrete mixers with 2 tyres, except JZC750 is fixed concrete mixer.
Assemble lifting bucket, which mouth is lower than ground, be conveniently for aggregate loading and feeding.
Working principle
- Assemble gear ring around the external surface of the mixing drum, and the driven-shaft has small gear engages the teeth of the gear ring. Meanwhile, assemble spiral mixing blades on the internal surface of the mixing drum.
- In working style, relying on the drum rotating and inner material own gravity, the drums clockwise rotating for concrete mixing, and the anti-clockwise rotating for concrete discharging.
- In non-working style, JZC series concrete mixer can move to other working site by trailer dragging.
